hearing things like, “i feel so seen” and, “i understand so much more now” has made every moment of hard work and pushing through negative thoughts of self-doubt worth it. sick, i swear was born from my struggles with invisible illness and the need to create a community where we could talk honestly about what it’s like to navigate this world while managing health challenges.
